How are credit card fees handled?


Credt card fees are deducted from payouts. For mobile drink ordering, you have the option of passing along credit card fees to the customer, through a small service fee.




How are refunds handled?


Providing refunds is at the venues discretion. Refunds can be easily processed through our administrative dashboard.




What does LineLeap cost?


LineLeap takes a small fee on new, incremental revenue. There are no recurring fees and we only make money, when you make more money




How do I track sales and get paid?


You can track sales and view your analytics on the LineLeap Dashboard from a computer or your phone! Data is updated real time. Venues are paid via direct deposit.




How often and how quickly will I be paid?


Mobile drink sales are paid out nightly. Line Skip, Cover and Event Ticketing sales are paid out weekly. Payments are made via direct deposit.

Do LineLeap passes guarantee entry?


Entry is completely at the venues discretion. If a customer is too intoxicated, underage, or the venue is at capacity (or anything else) you do not need to let them in.




What happens when the venue reaches capacity and someone skips the line?


LineSkip passes simply get customers to the front of the line and DO NOT guarantee entry. If a customer purchases a LineSkip pass they may still need to wait until customers leave the venue due to capacity restrictions.




How long does it take to get set up?


LineLeap can be set up in 15 minutes or less. We have launched numerous venues the same night that they agreed to partner with us! There is no equipment or installation needed.

There is 24/7 support available. Call, text, email, facebook message, page us, anything!




Do I need to purchase hardware?


No. There is no equipment or installation needed. All transactions can be managed from the customers phone.




Can I edit my passes and products from my phone?


Yes! The entire LineLeap dashboard is mobile friendly and can easily be accessed from your phone. You can change prices and quantities on the go, anytime.




How does our staff redeem a pass?


Bartenders and doorstaff redeem a pass by simply tapping a button on the customers phone. You can also redeem and unredeem passes from the LineLeap dashboard if need be.




How do we verify a customer hasn't used the pass before?


After a pass is redeemed, it dissapears from the phone and cannot be resued. After the night of the event it also automatically dissapears from the phone, even if it hasn't been redeemed.
